WHO MAY QUALIFY:
- 18 or older
- Diagnosed with fibromyalgia
- Experiencing moderate to severe fibromyalgia pain
EXCLUSIONS MAY INCLUDE:
- Autoimmune disease (RA, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, scleroderma, Sjögren‘s)
- Pain from another primary condition
- Certain pain/depression/anxiety/muscle-spasm medications
- Steroid use in the past month
- History of seizures, stroke, or recent heart attack
- Uncontrolled depression or certain psychiatric conditions
- Active alcohol or substance abuse
- Cancer within 2 years (excluding certain skin cancers)
- Pending workers’ comp claim or lawsuit related to fibromyalgi
Participants must be willing to stop certain medications if medically appropriate.
